| Marg
Seay-Takarabe - Marg teaches yoga at local studios,
health clubs, community and senior centers. Her style of instruction
centers on an array of yoga disciplines; her style builds on the
premise that as you become more comfortable in your body, your mind
becomes more focused and your true spirit reveals itself. She received
her certification from the Frog Pond Yoga Center in 2000, and has
received additional instruction from Sandra Summerfield and Rodney
Yee at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health. |

| Diane Tousignant – I took my first Yoga class at the age of 40, after thinking about it for 20 years. I have practiced Yoga for 15 years, after enjoyed every class I ever took. In June 2002, I completed the Yoga Certification Teacher Training with John and Diane Featherstone of Frog Pond Yoga and have been teaching since then. I am also a Registered Nurse, with experience in many different areas of nursing. I believe that there is a Yoga style for every person, and that if you can breathe, you can do Yoga. |

| Linda Malcomb – I started studying yoga from books and videos more than 15 years ago, before yoga classes were popular. When I finally found local yoga studios, I was hooked, and in 1999 I did my first teacher training at Frog Pond in Princeton. It was during my training that I was introduced to Anusara yoga, as Deb Neubauer came as a guest instructor to demonstrate. I was so impressed that I took very workshop I could, and enrolled in Deb’s first teacher training in Northampton. I have continued to take workshops, trainings and immersions and have been thrilled and inspired with each and every one. The word Anusara means to flow with Grace, and the principles of Action, Attitude, and Alignment bring healing and transformation to all who dedicate themselves to the practice. |
