Gentle: For
beginners or those who would like a more gentle practice. This class
will include gentle stretching, as you learn to move with the breath.
You'll become aware of your body's needs and learn to respect its
limitations. |

Moderate: For
students with some previous yoga experience. Linking breath and
movement, we'll begin the class with Sun Salutations, which heat the
body, and then do a variety of poses including standing, balancing,
forward bends, backbends and inversions. A brief meditation and
relaxation is included. |

Ashtanga:
For
students with previous yoga experience, this challenging class will
follow the teachings of Pattabi Jois, from India. It is a vinyasa
(flow), a specialized sequence of postures combined with the Ujjayi
breath, which will build internal heat. |

Intro to Ashtanga: Some
yoga experience preferred. Students will be lead through the opening
and closing sequence of the practice. More time will be spent working
with the postures and the breath. |

| Introduction to Yoga: This
4 week introductory class is for new students who have little or no
experience in yoga. You will learn basic poses, breathwork,
and include time for relaxation. |

| Yoga 101: This
introductory class is an overall blend of yoga postures for strength
and flexibility, conscious breathing for energy or centering,
relaxation for rest and rejuvenation, and quiet concentration for
elevating the senses. Progress at your own pace, but know that you are
on a journey of self-discovery and radiant peacefulness. |

Private: One
on one instruction is available for those who would like individualized
attention. Private instruction is beneficial to those who are new to
yoga, learning the poses at your own pace, and to seasoned students who
would like to work on certain poses to enrich their practice. You may
also want to consider a private class(es) to help deal with a specific
condition you may have, or if you just feel more comfortable working
one-on-one. |

Pilates: No
experience necessary. Pilates offers a whole-body workout that
challenges your body like no other exercise. The class will
systematically exercise all the muscle groups in your body, the weak as
well as the strong. It combines the focus on suppleness that you find
in yoga with the emphasis on strength building found in the gym.
Pilates strengthens your total body with emphasis on your lower back
and your abdominal muscles. You will improve your flexibility,
strength, posture, and muscular endurance. |

Pilates/Yoga Mix: No
experience necessary. In addition to the Pilates workout, yoga postures
and breathwork will be included, as well as a brief relaxation. |

| Mens Yoga Basics:
If you're someone who is wanted to experience the benefits of yoga, but
feel uncomfortable exercises with a room full of women, than this
all-men's yoga class may be the class for you. The
main focus of this class will be learning the physical
postures, however, it will include some yogic breathing exercises,
and a time for relaxation. Yoga can help reduce stress,
maintain and improve your health and physical fitness, and
bring you inner peace. |

Vinyasa:
is a flowing style of yoga utilizing Sun Salutations to build heat and
a series of poses linked together with the breath. Previous yoga
experience recommended. |

Power Yoga: is
a vigorous form of yoga ñ moving with the breath in a heated room. The
movement and the heat allow the body to open more profoundly while
experiencing deep transformation. |
